Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
 

How to Return

Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping details.
Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
